There are several solutions available out there for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Here is a list of tools that I use for my business! If you have some you recommend, I would love if you shared them with me!


Staying Organized:

Boomerang: Boomerang adds scheduled sending and the easiest, most integrated email reminders to Gmail, helping you reach Inbox Zero.

Calendly: Calendly is a simple, easy-to-use, yet powerful scheduling software, which aims to save time, accelerate sales, and improve service quality.

DropBox: Dropbox is a cloud storage service, which means you can copy your files to the cloud and access them later, even if you’re using a different device. Dropbox will not automatically copy all the files on your computer if you’re on a personal plan, so you will have to pick and choose which ones you want to save. 

GSuite : GSuite is an integrated suite of secure, cloud-native collaboration and productivity apps powered by Google AI. Includes Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet and more.

LastPass: LastPass is a freemium password manager that stores encrypted passwords online.

Canva: Canva is a tool that makes it possible to design anything and publish anywhere. With its user-friendly drag and drop tool and thousands of customizable templates, over 400 million designs 

Creative Market: Creative Market is an online marketplace for community-generated design assets. The company sells graphics, WordPress themes, stock photography, and other digital goods for use by web creatives.

Design Wizard: Design Wizard is an online graphic design software with already inputted templates and images to make it easier and more time-efficient to create endless designs and share them.

Google Hangout: Google Hangouts is a unified communications service that allows members to initiate and participate in text, voice or video chats, either one-on-one or in a group. Hangouts are built into Google+ and Gmail, and mobile Hangouts apps are available for iOS and Android devices.

Google Keyword Planner: Keyword Planner is a tool that provides keyword ideas and traffic estimates to help you build a Search Network campaign. Search for keyword and ad groups ideas based on terms that describe your product or service, your website, or a product category related to what you’re advertising. *You need a Google Ads account in order to use this tool*

Hootsuite: Hootsuite is one of many tools referred to as a “Social Media Management System” or tool. It helps you keep track and manage your many social network channels. It can enable you to monitor what people are saying about your brand and help you respond instantly.

Later: Later allows you to plan and schedule your Instagram posts on mobile and web

Planoly: Planoly is a visual planning tool that allows Instagram users to create calendars to plan their content, curate the content of others, schedule posts, analyze engagements and even grow an Instagram team

Zoom: Zoom allows you to virtually interact with co-workers or employers when in-person meetings aren’t possible. This makes telecommuting seem much more human, as it helps you feel connected.


Website & Hosting:

Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic, currently as a platform inside the Google Marketing Platform brand. 

Google Webmaster: Google Webmaster Tools is a free service that helps you evaluate and maintain your website’s performance in search results (1). Offered as a free service to anyone who owns a website, Google Webmaster Tools (GWT) is a conduit of information from the largest search engine in the world to you, offering insights into how it sees your website and helping you uncover issues that need fixing.

SiteGround: SiteGround is a web hosting service that is crafted for top speed, unmatched security, 24/7 fast and expert support. I would highly recommend them.

Yoast SEO: Yoast SEO is a search-optimization plug-in for WordPress. 


Extras:

Bit.ly: Bit.ly shortens and creates powerful links for your business

FontAwesome: Font Awesome is a font and icon toolkit

Grammerly: From grammar and spelling to style and tone, Grammarly helps you eliminate writing errors and find the perfect words to express yourself.
